$95,000

This 4 acre wooded property is conveniently located 30 minutes from Asheville, and convenient to Fairview, Black Mountain, and Lake Lure. It is bordered by Nesbitt Chapel Road on both sides. The cleared building site is 50 feet from the upper road and has a permit for a well and septic drain field as shown in the attachments. There are spectacular multi-ridgeline distant views in winter which could be year round with minimal tree removal. Overhead electric power is on neighboring properties on Nesbitt Chapel Road and Rocky Knob Road. It is surrounded by more than 300 acres of other similarly restricted properties which have minimum lot sizes of either 4 acres or 10 acres. This lot can't be subdivided. Neighboring homes are at 206 and 212 Nesbitt Chapel Road. There are sensible restrictions (see attachments), no POA, and a road maintenance agreement with twice yearly assessments which keeps the road in excellent condition. No road assessments are due until development begins.
